Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.

• Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.

• Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

• Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

This role requires shift work, candidates must be open to nights and weekends.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2+ years of system engineering and administration experience in a large Linux environment with substantial knowledge of operating systems such as AWS Linux, SUSE, and RHEL

• Strong working knowledge of AWS native services and in particular AWS EC2, AWS SSM , CloudFormation, CloudWatch, AWS MGN etc.

• Strong programming/scripting languages or any development tools.

• Strong skills in infrastructure as code such as CloudFormation, SSM, Phyton, Terraform, CICD, AWS Lambda, GitLab

• Unix / Linux operating system troubleshooting

• Must have knowledge of managing different kind of filesystems and storage management at Unix level.

• Must have good working knowledge of UNIX naming service, Kerberos, and SUDO.

• Must be able to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks in a highly dynamic environment with strong customer service skills, teaming skills and the ability to collaborate within a cross functional team.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
