We are currently hiring a passionate and results-driven Senior Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will lead innovative digital campaigns aimed at driving positive change in public health, social behavior, and community well-being. Your expertise will be essential in developing strategies that make a tangible impact and advance our mission of creating meaningful, transformative results.

The Team

We are a team of digital engagement communications strategists and specialists working together to provide our clients with social media management, content writing, social listening, metrics reporting, digital engagement strategies and training.

The Work

You will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies across social media, paid social, paid search, and programmatic display channels. You will collaborate closely with our clients, who are dedicated to public health, behavior change, and social good, to develop campaigns that drive transformation and improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive measurable digital engagement strategies for new and existing clients.

  • Collaborate closely with account teams and clients to develop and execute their digital engagement strategies.

  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Google).

  • Lead integrated paid strategy that spans social media, search engines (Google Ads), and display networks.

  • Research, craft, and edit visually appealing, high-quality social media content across various platforms.

  • Manage and oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring timely creation and scheduling of posts.

  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continually optimize content and ad campaigns for improved performance.

  • Develop clear and compelling presentations and reports to effectively communicate social media success to clients.

  • Implement influencer marketing strategies, including identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers.

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, particularly in the context of public health.

  • Work closely with creative, digital, and paid media teams.

  • Be a creative thinker and problem solver.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of digital engagement experience.

  • Must be US Citizen due to federal contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Strong project management skills

  • 4+ years of experience at an advertising or consulting agency

  • Experience with planning and executing paid media campaigns across social, search, and display networks

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and best practices

  • Experience working in highly regulated industries to build social media communications plan

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
