Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

• 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

• 5 years of experience in a consulting role leading or supporting enterprise customers with cloud architecture development, hardening, or threat detection.

• Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

• Top Secret US Government Security clearance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with configurations for Anti Aircraft Artillery.

• Experience integrating cloud solutions with Federal government systems and networks.

• Experience in security administration processes and operations.

• Knowledge in single sign on (SSO) and identity federation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Collaborate to develop cloud architectures that align with Google’s best practices and meet specific security requirements, and design and implement solutions to handle challenges.

• Develop scalable cloud architectures that optimize infrastructure operations across multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, fortify cloud architectures against potential threats and disruptions, and ensure continuity and reliability.

• Provide expert guidance and support during security incidents, and help contain and mitigate threats.

• Perform security and compliance assessments of environments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation strategies.

• Partner with Google's internal security teams and external partners to leverage knowledge and insights, ensuring a coordinated approach.
