Job Description:

• Build content and maintain funnel hygiene to ensure leads are followed up with, and the latest assets are developed or adapted.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create marketing content to ensure that positioning of the portfolio is aligned with the public sector GTM strategy, iterate the content and design along with cross-functional teams based on content standards, styles, and format, and collaborate with the production team to publish the final marketing content, with minimal assistance.

• Work to capture custom stories focused on security.

• Demand Generation Campaigns, including owned and paid media.

• Develop the framework development and rollout of strategies for marketing content across public sector channels, with some guidance.

• Develop and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and team objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Campaign Operations: Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization, define channels for reaching and engaging users, and contribute to integrated channels to meet targets.

• Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, to support quarterly business and marketing reviews.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility.

• Highly skilled in campaign and project management, using marketing systems like CMS, (Marketo, Salesforce), communications, writing a marketing brief (both create and media), executing virtual and in person events, data analysis from campaigns and synthesis.

• Proficient in Campaign Management, Government agency buyer behavior, public sector industry knowledge (state and local/Federal/Defense).
