Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Part Time Office Assistant in Reston, Virginia, in the Real Estate & Property industry. This role involves playing a crucial role in the efficient operation of our office, from managing office supplies to ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Being the face of the office by welcoming and assisting employees as needed

• Using your customer service skills to build and maintain strong detail oriented relationships

• Addressing and resolving inquiries from customers with clear and effective communication

• Applying your experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Outlook, for various tasks

• Taking the initiative to solve problems and adapt to changing situations as they arise

• Managing the inventory of office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized

• Processing data entry tasks and maintaining organized files

• Operating a multi-line phone system and ensuring effective communication

• Occasionally driving to another office location in the event of staff shortages. Requirements • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system is required.

• Strong customer service skills are essential.

• Must have experience in data entry tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is a prerequisite.

• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word.
