Description

As an Events Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness and generating leads through engaging events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure successful events that align with our client's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution:

  • Coordinate and execute various types of events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Source and manage vendors, venues, and service providers.

  • Oversee event logistics, including registration, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.

  • Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance.

  • Create engaging content, including email marketing, social media posts, and press releases.

  • Manage event websites and registration platforms.

  • Track and analyze event metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

  • Identify and target potential attendees and partners.

  • Capture and nurture leads generated through events.

  • Follow up with attendees to build relationships and drive customer engagement.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve event objectives.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to deliver successful events.

  • Budget Management:

  • Track event budgets and ensure expenses are within allocated limits.

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and marketing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
