BAE Systems is seeking Advanced Tradecraft and Compliance Specialists to support our government customer in Reston, VA and Patrick Space Force Base, FL.
This specialist will be working in a classified environment and will serve as technical expert for compliance in IP, Networking, Bluetooth, WIFI and Managed Attribution; in IOT, IOE, and Other Data Sets; in offensive and defensive Cyber Intelligence Operations; in OSINT and Investigative Collection; in Geospatial OSINT analytic effort; in Mis-Dis Information and quick identification of Mis-Dis Info; in social media; in AI/ML/LLM; and in Data Science and coding to include Python, and in Deep Dark Web. Responsibilities will include:
Develop Tech Requirements for tools or enhancements to existing tools to aid OSINT Collectors
Identify, Define and Advocate tech processes, approaches, and concepts
Write and produce high-quality technical reports (to include drafting tradecraft notes and/or tradecraft note inputs) related to the scope, nature, and characteristics of the client s objectives suitable for dissemination to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Provide SME consultation to OSINT collectors across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Mid-level: Bachelor s degree in a related intelligence area with 8 years of experience in intelligence related field with auditing experience within the last 2 years, or 10 years of experience
Senior: Master s degree in a related intelligence area with 12 years of experience in intelligence related field with auditing experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor s degree with 17 years of experience
Experience utilizing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to the Berber Hunter Tool Kit applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel).
Prior military or government analytical experience
Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., U.S. Army OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101).
Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
