Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

 Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements.

 Document and prioritize business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and testable.

 Analysis and Documentation:

 Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

 Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

 Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.

Solution Design:

 Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

 Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and IT architecture.

 Assist in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.

 Project Management:

 Support project planning and execution, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

 Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Testing and Validation:

 Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

 Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users.

 Ensure that any defects or issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 Training and Support:

 Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

 Develop user manuals, training materials, and other documentation as needed.

 Act as a liaison between business users and IT support teams to resolve any issues.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

 Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Time Management Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

 Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is preferred.

 Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications or knowledge preferred null
