We are looking for a strategic and experienced Professional Development Program Manager to oversee the recruitment, development, and implementation of early career rotational programs. This role is essential in shaping the company’s university relations strategy, cultivating a sustainable early talent pipeline, and ensuring the success of our graduate rotational programs and other early career initiatives.

As a Professional Development Program Manager, you create chemistry by...

  • Developing and enhancing program strategy by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in participant engagement, skill-building, and career development.

  • Leading recruitment and selection efforts in collaboration with the campus relations team to attract top talent for the Professional Development Program, overseeing assessments and selection processes to ensure a consistent and fair evaluation experience.

  • Managing program operations, including rotational assignments, onboarding, training schedules, and offboarding, to ensure seamless participant transitions and overall program success.

  • Strengthening relationships with universities, industry organizations, and internal business leaders to enhance program impact and visibility.

  • Driving talent development initiatives by creating a structured learning and development plan that includes workshops, mentorship, and skills training for early career professionals while leading the execution of a best-in-class early career rotational experience to promote talent growth, retention, and long-term career success.

  • Tracking program performance by developing metrics for success and retention, providing leadership insights for improvement, and optimizing resource management to enhance recruitment, training, and travel efficiency.

  • Fostering stakeholder engagement by acting as the primary liaison between assignment managers, HR Business Partners, and key leaders to ensure alignment between program goals and business needs.

If you...

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Have over 8 years of experience managing early career rotational or talent development programs within a corporate environment.

  • Possess knowledge of industry trends in early talent development, including best practices for internships, co-ops, and rotational programs, along with a deep understanding of early talent pipelines that encompass recruitment, onboarding, and structured development plans.

  • Exhibit strong project management skills to balance multiple priorities and drive successful program execution while analyzing program metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities, collaborating effectively with HR, leadership teams, and external partners.

  • Are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and making data-driven decisions to enhance programs.

  • Are willing to travel to university campuses and recruitment events, especially during peak hiring seasons.
