U.S. Census Bureau Field Representative - Okanogan County in Republic, Washington
Now Hiring Part-time Field Representatives in Okanogan County WA, $16.95 - $22.01 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
The Field Representative is a home-based opportunity, conducting surveys in the field.
Positions are available to conduct Census Bureau surveys on a variety of vital issues such as health, housing, income, program participation and crime. Field Representatives interview at strategically selected addresses, utilizing a government issued laptop computer to capture survey data. The number of hours worked each week may range from 16-32 hours, depending on the workload in the assignment area. The best time to conduct interviews are on the weekends and evenings when survey respondents are more readily available. This is an ideal job for an organized, self-starter who enjoys meeting and talking with people.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Be at a minimum, 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States and present proof of identity and employment eligibility.
- Valid driver license and reliable vehicle to use in completing assignments.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Males born after Dec. 31, 1959 must be registered with Selective Service.
