The Standard

Installers are to be working while they are being paid. A good work ethic, and ability to take direction are essential for this role. While installers are paid for installing gutters, Installers will often be assigned by the Foreman to do various other tasks. Any tasks assigned by the Foreman should be undertaken quickly and efficiently.

While at work

• Have a positive attitude
• Do it the safe way even if it takes longer, Safety First
• Be aware of what is around you and if you see something unsafe say something
• Be working while on the jobsite and get direction from the Foreman if needed
• Direct all customer problems to the Foreman
• Use all tools properly and do not lose them
• If necessary report any problems to management

Daily Duties

• Show up on time
• Assist with loading supplies in an efficient manner
• Install gutters at the direction of the Foreman
• Assist fellow Installers and the Foreman in other tasks as needed
• Keep the truck and trailer clean and organized
• Keep the jobsite clean and organized
• Make sure trash and scrap are put in proper bins
• Ask questions and improve the quality of your install
• Communicate with the Foreman and fellow Installers
