Providence is calling a Senior Program Manager, Access and Operations who will: Be responsible for providing advanced program leadership support to the Operations area of Providence Clinical Network Support the growth and viability of the Providence Clinical Network by leading the coordination, management and alignment of multiple key projects and initiatives that will achieve performance to our strategic and regional goals Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders Provide expert consultation while providing structure and process to the work of multiple project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, maximizing the team's overall efficiency, and sharing accountability for performance Execute strategic initiatives Serve as a change agent, leading through influence to ensure projects effectively move through phases of design, implementation and spread for realization of quantitative benefits Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and leadership in Providence Strategic and Management Services (PSMS), as well as with other Providence Health and Services staff, vendors and agents, and others Serve as a key interface between leaders and departments Creates cohesion among stakeholders and alignment with the vision set forth by the senior leadership and the strategic plan, working closely with Providence Clinical Network leadership and staff, regional medical group leaders and physicians, and leaders in Informatics, Epic, and Healthcare Intelligence Providence welcomes 100% remote work to applicants to who reside in: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana California Texas Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or other healthcare related areas 5+ years of experience managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership Experience in clinical program management with specific experience partnering with clinicians Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups Lean / Six Sigma Training Within 1 year of hire Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma Within 3 years of hire Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 2+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting 1+ years of experience managing people 2+ years of medical group operations experience Salary Range by Location: AK: Anchorage: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: Humboldt: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min:$55.35, Max: $89.11 California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 California: Bakersfield: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Montana: Except Great Falls: :$38.10, Max: $61.34 Montana: Great Falls: Min:$36.10, Max: $58.11 Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min:$44.12, Max: $71.03 Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Texas: Min:$36.10, Max: $58.11 Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Washington: Tukwila: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 Washington: Eastern: Min:$42.12, Max: $67.80 Washington: Sou
