Act as a strong business partner to the Renton operations and assist in the effective planning and execution of short- and long-term business objectives. Primary Duties Prepare, review, and analyze monthly journal entries as assigned Meet with department managers and assist in the preparation and review of factory overhead budgets and forecast, including variance analysis to actuals. Assist in the monthly forecasting process for areas assigned. Manage all intercompany transactions for inventory transfers. Manage the non-conforming part (NCP) Admin fee and invoicing process. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of key reports prepared by staff and distributed to core leadership at the plant and at Division. Perform monthly and semi-annual reviews for Surplus and Obsolete inventory, including monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, and review and analysis of semi-annual S&O declaration. Organize, coordinate, and lead semi-annual interim inventory counts and reconciliations of major inventory categories. Organize, coordinate, and lead factor studies including but not limited to hose, kitting, hardware, FOG, paint, inbound freight, outbound freight, premium freight, etc. Complete other general accounting reporting including but not limited to: Quarterly Census Capacity surveys, Corporate Tax requests, Corporate RFIs and 1099 reporting.
