Robert Half is partnering with a boutique firm in Renton, WA to identify a Litigation Paralegal who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their close-knit team. This position is contract, with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Location: Renton, WA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $27-32 per hour DOE

Duration: 3+ month contract, with a potential for contract-to-hire

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of 30-50 matters

• Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases

• Draft motions and discovery documents in alignment with legal protocols

• Prepare trial binders and other documentation for court proceedings

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite for various tasks

• Ensure accurate e-filing in Washington counties

• Support an attorney in their day-to-day legal tasks

• Ability to manage calendars, schedule meeting, and maintain deadlines

  Requirements

• 1+ YOE as a paralegal in litigation

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.

• Legal research and Trial Preparation

The salary range for this position is $26-32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
