Providence is calling an Executive Assistant who will: Be responsible for performing ongoing administrative and secretarial support services of a complex, and often confidential, nature for a senior management position within PSJH Perform work that is varied and generally administrative and/or project-oriented Manage calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation and other logistical matters, and special projects Network extensively with many of the organization's management teams Represent their supervisor in a positive and professional manner Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role is a hybrid role that will report into the office as defined by manager and departmental needs This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Washington: Renton Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Required qualifications for this position include: Coursework / Training: 2 years of College training in English, liberal arts or related subjects -OR- Graduation from a technical program in secretarial or office support services -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 4+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant 2+ years of experience working directly for an executive leader Why Join Providence?
