We are currently looking to fill a Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist position with a 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist is responsible for performing tasks related to the scheduling and planning of manufacturing operations, coordination of non-manufacturing activities such as maintenance and training involving manufacturing resources, and capacity model building.

As a Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist, a typical day might include the following:

• Generation and maintenance of daily manufacturing operations and resource schedules.

• Assist in the coordination of scheduling activities with both manufacturing and non-manufacturing groups.

• Development of effective shift and training schedules.

• Analyze and determine training needs related to personnel and production schedules.

• Perform data collection and analysis related to process durations, operator efficiencies, and characterizing scheduling delays.

• Create data models using spreadsheets, code, or other relevant methods.

• Assist in capacity planning decisions.

• Assist in improving communication between different shifts, process areas, and levels of the organization.

This role might be for you if you have:

• You have experience with scheduling in a manufacturing environment

• Proven computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, intra/internet, databases, etc.)

• Ability to analyze training needs and perform data collection for scheduling purposes.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to work a 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm schedule. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.

To be considered for the Assoc Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist level, you must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field.

To be considered for the Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist level, you must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.

To be considered for the Sr Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist level, you must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Salary Range (annually)

$58,480.40 - $124,300.00
