SUMMARY:
Outside Utility Laborer
is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning all Peppermill outside property, including greenspaces, parking lots, and outer buildings.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain a professional departmental, company, and community reputation.
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Adhere to Peppermill policies and Engineering policies.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Must have basic knowledge of cleaning and caring of parking lots, asphalt, sidewalks, lawns, trees, and sprinkler systems.
- Must be able to understand directions.
- Must report to work on time and in proper uniform. A neat appearance and personnel hygiene shall be maintained though out the shift.
- Must clean up after each shift and return all tools and materials to proper storage areas.
- Never leave tools unattended on property.
- Must be able to maintain and perform preventative maintenance of tools.
- Must be able to communicate with guests and always be friendly and pleasant.
- Must be able to work in a drug free environment. Must be able to pass a chemical dependency test as required.
