Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Business Operations Specialist in Reno, Nevada. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office workflows, managing resources, and implementing standard operating procedures. Your role will be key in fostering inter-departmental collaboration and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including coordinating training schedules and ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with department leads on cross-functional projects, tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage office resources, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely maintenance of office equipment.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate operational efficiency, generate insightful reports, and maintain databases for operational use.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communicating operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Use tools such as Wealthbox, Salesforce and RedTail Technology to perform duties effectively.
• Prepare for and participate in workshops, answering inbound calls, and managing applications.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Specialist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Experience with Banner Ads is required
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is crucial
• Skilled in using Concur for expense management
• Proven experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial
• Must be comfortable answering inbound calls
• Understanding of budget processes is essential
• Strong calendar management skills are required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with RedTail Technology is an advantage
• Must be adept in workshop preparation
• Experience in conducting and managing Requirements Workshops
• Proficiency in application management is necessary
