Robert Half is in search of a meticulous Bookkeeper for a growing company in Reno, NV. This role provides an opportunity for contract to permanent employment. The Bookkeeper will be tasked with managing financial records, processing account transactions, and reconciling bank and account statements. The role also involves the use of QuickBooks and other financial software.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Efficiently handle account reconciliation tasks

• Assist with the month-end close process and prepare necessary journal entries

• Utilize QuickBooks online for various bookkeeping activities

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate financial records

• Use Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis

• Monitor customer credit accounts and execute necessary actions

• Manage bank reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Proven skills in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Previous experience performing Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated proficiency in bookkeeping

• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software is a must
