Job Description:
The Department of Psychiatry, College of Medicine, is seeking a full-time OPS Assistant position to work with the University of Florida Behavioral Health Hubs (BHH). This position will support both the Program Coordinator and the BHH Care Coordinators to obtain, input and report patient and provider data.
The candidate will support the Hub Care Coordinator(s) by making outreach to providers and/or patient/families to obtain necessary documentation such as screeners/rating scales, Mental Health background forms, etc. Daily task completion and data entry into the Hubs’ REDCap database is required. Report compilation, as requested, to meet all submission deadlines to DOH and the subcontracted Program Evaluator, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Additionally, candidate will be required to perform outreach calls every three months or upon patient discharge, in an attempt to obtain designated rating scales and input scores into database(s). Assist with follow-up to patients and providers in an attempt to obtain Satisfaction Surveys and logging of scores. Produce data relevant to Quality Improvement Projects, as requested. This position may be performed remotely and/or on campus.
Expected Salary:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements:
Partial college or college degree
One year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in REDCap, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with EPIC, WordPress, and SharePoint
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Competence in reading, understanding, and compiling data reports
Strong follow-up and customer service skills, with a willingness to make outreach calls
