The target hiring range for this position is $87,000-$94,000.
Position Summary:
The Regional Account Manager functions as a partnership architect between healthcare organizations and Nightingale's internal functions, orchestrating comprehensive workforce development solutions. This role is pivotal in fulfilling our mission to transform healthcare education by creating sustainable partnerships that enhance partner capabilities and learner opportunities with the ultimate goal of career development. The position requires exceptional relationship management skills to identify, develop, and maintain partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and needs assessment discussions with potential healthcare partners
Develop and present customized partnership solutions encompassing education pathways, workforce development, and talent pipelines
Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across partner organizations and internal functions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements
Monitor partner's progress through regular engagement and performance metrics
Create and maintain detailed partnership documentation and progress reports
Facilitate connections between partners and Nightingale learners/alumni for employment opportunities
Design strategic approaches for partner employee upskilling and development
Collaborate with partners to develop local faculty resources
Structure and negotiate partnership agreements including sponsorships and tuition assistance programs
Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial contact through ongoing relationship maintenance
Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership expansion and evolution
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare business development or strategic partnership management
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships
Experience in education or healthcare workforce development
History of successfully negotiating complex agreements
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
Background in presenting to and engaging with C-level executives
Understanding of healthcare industry trends and workforce challenges
Experience with CRM systems and partnership management tools
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
