Day to Day
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will support our fast-growing customer success team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional Excel skills, be highly analytical, be able to run in-depth data analysis, have the ability to build relationships and have a good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment, passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the greater Sales & CS Operations team to improve and maintain team efficiency
Responsible for providing day-to-day support in assigned regions/countries by monitoring data and responding to inquiries from internal Sales & CS team members
Support advanced operational processes, analysis and revenue goal delivery
Diagnose and solve technical problems within existing systems and processes
Quickly gain a deep understanding of our CRM and Sales/CS processes
Deliver data-based customer insights used to advise the actions of CS, Sales and Finance teams
Skills/Competencies
4+ years experience in Sales, CS or Finance
3+ years experience in operations, analysis or a business support role
Advanced skill in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
Advanced skill in Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other data visualization software.
Experience with SQL (MySQL, Python, Snowflake and PostgreSQL) and CRM systems
Ability to examine large sets of data and provide meaningful insight with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 60,000 - 90,000 USD per year
Austin 60,000 - 90,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 72,000 - 104,000 USD per year
San Francisco Bay Area 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
