Leidos, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an IT Contracts Administrator to join our Corporate Business Operations team. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a strong financial background, who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Our team focuses on financial control, operations, and asset management for the Digital & Information Office organizations.
What will you do in this role?
You will serve as the point of contact for purchases and renewals of hardware, software and professional services. You will perform various duties inclusive of but not limited to the coordination of appropriate internal budget reviews, processing invoices, goods receipts and some purchases utilizing a corporate card.To be successful, you must also be able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating at all levels within the organization.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree and 4 + years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 2 + years of prior relevant experience. Candidates who do not possess a formal Bachelor's or Master's degree but have substantial professional experience in a relevant field are also encouraged to apply. In such cases, a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated relevant experience is required. This experience should showcase a proven track record of competencies and skills equivalent to those obtained through formal education
Demonstrate a strong capacity for making sound business judgments. This includes the ability to handle multiple contractual activities efficiently, especially under tight deadlines. The role requires independence as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The Candidate must be proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Deltek Costpoint.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to include well developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate contract risks as well as coordinate appropriate reviews in accordance with Leidos policy and procedures.
Ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to identify and mitigate potential contract risks proactively. The candidate should be able to coordinate appropriate reviews and ensure compliance with Leidos' policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of procurement of IT hardware, software licensing and provisioning.
Strong knowledge of understanding software commercial terms, conditions and warranty requirements.
Demonstrated experience in resolving contractual issues on active contracts.
Industry related certification related to contracts or IT asset, configuration management.
Experience with Service Now, Deltek Costpoint, MS Office Suite.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL 4, CFCM or CPCM.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
