Leidos is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Data Center Facilities Service Manager to oversee the enterprise operations and maintenance of our client data center facilities. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of all facility systems while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with various departments.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of enterprise data center facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems, including UPS, generators, and HVAC units.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support data center infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and manage energy consumption, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facility conditions meet industry standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to services.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities design and management in a data center environment.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in building management systems (BMS) and DCIM monitoring tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, ANSI/BICSI).
• Creativity to imagine innovative, effective new solutions and designs.
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Understanding and appropriately responding to feedback promptly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as LEED, PMP, CDCMP or Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA).
• Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
Potential for Telework (if any):
Yes, with ability to be onsite upon request.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
