NVIDIA's Financial Services industry team is seeking an expert Trading Business Development Lead for the EMEA region. You will be working in the most exciting & dynamic area of technology that exists today, driving the adoption of AI & Deep Learning. The Business Development Lead we are looking for will have a proven record of winning and leading sophisticated programs. This full-time position requires close partnership with NVIDIA solution architects, developer relations, product marketing and applied engineering to drive revenue and growth for the company. You will need the ability to work optimally across multiple levels, from executives to line of business to engineers and developers.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for strategy creation and implementation, pipeline development, forecasting, sales account management, and training/education for the Trading segment of FSI across EMEA.

  • In collaboration with local account teams, be an NVIDIA brand ambassador for quantitative/algo trading firms, hedge funds, and financial data providers.

  • Enhance customer wallet retention and lifetime value by growing NVIDIA presence across new groups including data science, research, line of business, and IT organizations.

  • Develop segment local marketing and demand generation activities in collaboration with marketing, account teams, and global industry business development (IBD) resources.

  • Contribute to the long-term success of the NVIDIA FSI team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to improve and reinvent yourself.

  • Help NVIDIA establish new relationships among select prospective customers across EMEA.

  • Evangelize the use of NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform to customers, prospects, and partners.

  • Represent the NVIDIA FSI team at industry and ecosystem events across the EMEA region.

What we need to see:

  • Deep industry knowledge & network in Trading and Capital Markets and associated technology. Understanding of AI and how it is/will be applied in trading.

  • 8+ years experience in AI / Deep Learning / Machine Learning, ideally in Trading /Capital Markets/Financial Services

  • Knowledge of software applications and ecosystem for financial services applications.

  • Ability to support development of and execution of a go to market strategy.

  • Passion for ecosystem development and a startup mentality, accountability and comfort working in a fast paced, open culture.

  • Successful track record in building a sales focused business.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Provide thought leadership, think strategically and optimally communicate vision (both written and verbal) and engage in cross-functional collaboration.

  • Demonstrate the capacity to understand a sophisticated and broad range of NVIDIA technologies.
