PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $122,000.00-$149,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $94,500.00 - $176,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE :

As a Senior Program Manager at BECU, your role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of Member & Digital Experience products and services. Your deep understanding of these offerings will guide you in designing innovative solutions and overseeing their successful implementation. You'll lead process improvements to foster continual advancement in service quality and efficiency. By partnering with internal and external resources, you’ll advocate for employees and members, ensuring their needs and expectations are seamlessly met.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Lead Collaborative Project Teams: Spearhead and actively participate in teams that focus on delivering system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Strategic Development: Drive and manage the strategic direction of the Business Unit to align with organizational goals.

  • Implementation Oversight: Ensure standards, policies, and processes are effectively implemented, and develop productivity measures to track and report overall success.

  • Effective Communication: Provide timely and accurate communications; offer leadership and direction to monitor the performance of products and services.

  • Partner Collaboration: Design and implement programs with internal and external partners that support employee and member advocacy.

  • Reporting Analysis: Analyze report results to identify and address the needs and expectations of employees and members.

  • Regulation Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and coordinate with other departments to achieve the same.

  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts, ensuring cost-efficient and quality services for BECU members.

  • Internal Coordination: Maintain effective communication with all BECU employees for the productive exchange of information and accomplishing goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous process improvement and service quality to achieve Credit Union goals.

  • Operational Reporting: Maintain necessary operational audit and management information reporting, including keeping statistical records as required.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent work or education-related experience.

  • Experience managing project teams.

  • Minimum of 7 years of functional experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, operations management, project management, technology implementation, and internal controls development and oversight.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Solid project management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
