Job Description Summary

As a Senior FP&A for one of the main regions within Europe, you will be responsible for providing the right decision-making information to secure financial target achievement, based on consolidated transparency of the financial performance across the regional & global business. According to the current and future business prospects the role will provide multiple opportunities to grow within the position but furthermore to provide an outstanding entry into an exciting and sustainable business.

Job Description

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting management in planning and calculating yearly budgets, for the organization unit assigned with the high focus towards production & commercial project management.

  • Consolidating budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving plantings, and periodic forecasts during the year.

  • Performing comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursues effects of agreed measures.

  • Analyzing and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains, and improve the depended cost accounting system.

  • Drive the reporting and controlling of the manufacturing, sales & service organizations within the region.

  • Own Cash flow statement planning, analysis, reporting and communication of financial results (All elements of working capital)Indirect and Direct method.

  • Lead weekly cash calls with the sub-region/country and issue dashboards highlighting PIT, PD, PD%, Billing, Collections …drive monthly cash linearity.

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency improvements through data-driven analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

  • Must have bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics or Management- Business Management Administration.

  • Experienced using SAP (Advanced) & MS office application.

  • Might perform evaluations of assets and liabilities and manages inventory measures on a regular term.

  • Strong experience in working in similar roles would be preferred.
