What You Can Expect

This role reports to the General Manager of CEEMA Indirect Markets (Central Eastern Europe and Middle East), and partner with the commercial leaders to oversee and optimize our distribution channels. This will require strong cross-functional communication capabilities, tracking implementation and influence the way our commercial leaders work with our distributors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of go-to market models, compliance standards, partner management, legal and tax implementations.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Apply guidelines and criteria for new distributor onboarding or termination of relationship with existing distributors.

  • As part of center of excellence (CoE) responsibilities implement partner segmentation across CEEMA and related activities develop, execute and track a proper management process.

  • Define criteria, KPIs, processes and templates to set objectives, evaluate and manage distributor performance (e.g. distributor dashboard)

  • Develop and implement effective distributor recruitment strategy and put in place the right processes.

  • As part of center of excellence (CoE) responsibilities lead company support, and resources for partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.

  • As part of (CoE) responsibilities initiate with ComEx and Customer Excellence Teams product and sales trainings for partners.

  • Lead the distributor consolidation and change of go to market initiatives.

  • Negotiate and manage agreements, contracts, and terms with distributors and the wholesalers.

  • Represent Emerging Markets Team on the Distributor and Agent Approval Committees.

  • Support legal and compliance teams in ensuring that all distributor contracts/agreements are in compliance with ZB standards and compliance policies.

  • Provide training, support, and resources to partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.

  • Advise and support senior management on geographies and market potentials to improve sales.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, compliance and commercial excellence to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.

Market and Competitive Analysis

  • Evaluate channel performance regularly using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and develop action plans to address any gaps or areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to distribution channel management and implement relevant strategies.

Your Background

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales/Sales Force Effectiveness or Finance management role in healthcare industry (Medical Devices industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record in regulated industry medical device or pharmaceuticals.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Languages

  • Fluent English, other EM country will be a plus.
