Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to configure, customize, and maintain the Siebel CRM systems to support our business processes and ensure seamless system integration. This position will be full-time and remote

We are seeking a skilled Siebel Engineer/Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Siebel CRM systems to support our business processes and ensure seamless system integration. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to deliver optimal solutions for our organization.

What You'll Do

  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements and improve system functionality

  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and performance tuning, to ensure the Siebel system operates efficiently

  • Business Process Support: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within the Siebel CRM

  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siebel CRM issues, working to resolve them promptly and minimize downtime

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on Siebel CRM functionalities and best practices

What You'll Need

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Siebel CRM systems

  • Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Siebel EIM, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Scripting, and Siebel Configuration

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

Preferred

  • Certifications: Siebel certification is a plus

  • Experience with Oracle Database and SQL

  • Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Fusion Middleware

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
