Responsibilities:

  • Review the company's global project management policies and processes, ensuring that they are being complied with in the execution of all projects in the Region.

  • Responsible for executing the Audit of governance, processes, policies, and rules, regarding project management.

  • Monitoring and controlling the operational rhythm of projects.

  • Support Project Manager and Procurement in the task of monitoring main deliveries of the projects. Main strategic suppliers.

  • Support for Project Manager and Contract Managers in the management of contractual CPAs. Forecasting, monitoring, control, applicability, and contractual rules.

  • Support for Project Manager in the Return of Experience process.

  • Consolidated management of BDRs.

  • Support for Contract Managers in the management of insurance clauses and conditions.

  • Responsible for preparing the Region’s Portfolio report.

  • Support for EHS in the management of EHS KPIs (Gemba, near misses, observations, stop work, others…).

  • Responsible for leading Lessons Learned initiatives in projects. Ensure the LL creation from projects and their use by the ITO.

  • Support for Quality in the management of certification, internal and external audits, ACT, NC, NPS and COPQ.

  • Initiate & participate to improvement actions on process, tools, and documents.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related field.

  • Quality or PMO leadership experience, with at least 5 years of which must be in a senior leadership position, with senior leadership experience in PMO / quality management in a project and/or manufacturing and engineering.

  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% of the time, including international travel, and follow GE travel and tax policies.

The salary range for this position is 114,100.00 - 152,100.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. 114,100.00 - 152,100.00 - 190,100.00 USD Annual

Responsabilités :

  • Examiner les politiques et processus globaux de gestion de projet de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient respectés dans l'exécution de tous les projets dans la région.

  • Responsable de l'exécution de l'audit de la gouvernance, des processus, des politiques et des règles concernant la gestion de projet.

  • Suivi et contrôle du rythme opérationnel des projets.

  • Soutenir le chef de projet et les achats dans la tâche de suivi des principales livraisons des projets. Principaux fournisseurs stratégiques.

  • Accompagnement des Chefs de Projet et des Contract Managers dans la gestion des CPA contractuels. Prévision, suivi, contrôle, applicabilité et règles contractuelles.

  • Accompagnement du Chef de Projet dans la démarche de Retour d'Expérience.

  • Gestion consolidée des BDR.

  • Accompagnement des Contract Managers dans la gestion des clauses et conditions d’assurance.

  • Responsable de la préparation du rapport du portefeuille de la région.

  • Accompagnement de l'EHS dans la gestion des KPI EHS (Gemba, quasi-accidents, observations, arrêt de travail, autres…).

  • Responsable de diriger les initiatives de leçons apprises dans les projets. Assurer la création des LL à partir des projets et leur utilisation par l'ITO.

  • Accompagnement de la Qualité dans la gestion des certifications, des audits internes et externes, ACT, NC, NPS et COPQ.

  • Initier et participer aux actions d'amélioration des processus, des outils et des documents.

Exigences:

  • Diplôme d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Expérience en leadership qualité ou PMO, dont au moins 5 ans dans un poste de direction, avec une expérience en leadership senior en PMO / gestion de la qualité dans un projet et/ou en fabrication et en ingénierie.

  • Capacité et volonté de voyager 10 % du temps, y compris les voyages internationaux, et de suivre les politiques de voyage et fiscales de GE.
