LTCG Senior Financial Analyst in REMOTE, Minnesota

We also provide clients with unique risk management insight built upon our proprietary long term care databases. * Collaborate with the Director of FP&A and the finance team to produce standard periodic reporting (monthly and weekly financial reports and dashboards), including variance analysis and explanations. * Manage the client pricing initiatives for new and renewal opportunities including updating and enhancing the pricing models. * Assist with the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process with the VP of Finance, including project management, engagement with the senior management team and assessment/presentation of results. * Proactively identify and expand ways for the FP&A function to impact the business. * Perform various ad hoc analysis as directed by the CEO/CFO * Assist other departments with various analytical support. * Develop relationships across the entire organization to gain a detailed understanding of all aspects of the business operations and trust amongst the senior leaders and provide analytical support as needed and to use that knowledge to understand profitability at a service line level. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar business field * Years of experience: 4 to 6 years in a finance or accounting role * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with senior leaders, both in written and verbal formats * Very detail oriented with high degree of accuracy * Good command of Excel and PowerPoint * Excellent analytical, quantitative and investigative skills * Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and competing demands * Strong organization and project management skills Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
