Ally Logistics Enterprise Sales Representative - Drayage Solutions in Remote, Michigan
Our Sales team is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative, who will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and enhancing relationships with existing ones through drayage & outside sales. Leveraging your deep understanding of the import and export supply chain, you will provide tailored drayage solutions that address the specific needs of your clients. You will manage intricate sales cycles, offering customized, high-value solutions to large companies with significant import and export volumes. This is a dynamic, consultative, and solution-driven sales position where your expertise and experience will directly contribute to both your success and Ally's continued growth. This position may be in the office, remote, or hybrid.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new enterprise clients, generate leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, upsell, cross-sell, and expand account value.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored, high-value solutions as a trusted advisor.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, adjusting for market trends.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals while managing client expectations.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and act as the customer's voice.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports, and analyze performance for growth.
Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
Client Retention: Ensure high client satisfaction, resolve issues, and proactively engage for continued success.
Self-Development & Team Contribution: Continuously improve sales skills and share best practices with the team.
COMPENSATION:
This position will earn a $80K base salary + additional commissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:
Minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience
