Our Senior Security Analyst is accountable for:

• Conducting professional, objective, and constructive work with Control Owners (AMER/ACQUISITIONS/APAC) to develop and maintain an ITGC framework

• Providing process improvements to Control owners and assisting Management in the achievement of Company goals, objectives, and continuous improvement of operations

• Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Kelly SOX, Information Technology general controls framework

• Recommending and implementing policies and practices to maximize resource utilization

• Performing special project as assigned

Essential Skills:

• Comprehensive audit knowledge across various areas of IT, including databases, operating systems, and applications

• Strong understanding and skills with IT infrastructure security and controls

• Knowledge of COBIT and SOX

• Knowledge of system development lifecycle methodologies

• Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to develop good relationships with other corporate staff

Seeking minimum of 5 years of experience working with IT security and controls.

Must have a 4-year degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field

Compensation package and benefits applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being. The compensation span for this position is $95,000-$130,000 depending on experience.
