Team Overview

The Client Delivery Services (CDS) team delivers comprehensive solutions that meet client business needs. The CDS team are the recognized product specialists and advisors. They develop requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This team’s role is critical for MMIT to ensure timely and accurate configurations to clients.

Job Description

The MMIT Product Designer is a crucial contributor to the product development process, supporting the direction, development, and lifecycle of the MMIT product portfolio. The Product Designer is responsible for overall design of the product interface and user experience. The Product Designer will work closely with Product Management, UX leadership, Product Marketing, and Engineering colleagues to discover, define, and deliver elegant yet straightforward experiences that empower our clients to navigate through intricate and rich datasets. The designer will participate in all aspects of the product development process, including user research, requirements gathering, prototyping, user testing, and deployment.

To succeed in this role, you will:

· Meeting with Project Managers, Business Analyst, Product Owners, and cross-functional developers to discuss and understand design requirements and functionality.

· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to engineering.

· Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring the requested solutions meet the needs and preferences of our diverse user base.

· Proposes and implements UI solutions for complex data visuals.

· Drive consistency and inclusion of UX/UI best practices to our Coverage Finder application

· Helping with CCS coding for the Coverage Finder application

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree with focus in User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Design, User Experience, Product Design, Human Computer Interactions, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of relevant work experience in user interface design or digital web design.

· Strong UI design.

· Experience designing web-based products for HCPs and patients.

· Familiarity with enterprise design systems

· Proficiency with industry standard toolsets, Figma, Adobe XD, JIRA, and Confluence.

· Familiarity with agile software development, and UX best practices

· Highly curious; Can demonstrate capability for seeking to understand and define problems before pitching solutions

· Material UI, HTML, CSS, SASS, JS, React, and jQuery experience preferred but not required.

· A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
