ICON Clinical Research Systems Support Specialist in Remote, United Kingdom

Summary:

Responsible for the configuration, testing, end-user support and training associated with systems used in support of business unit

operations, i.e. clinical research, lab operations, project management and business administration.

Primary Duties:

  • Supports the development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation and user account access of system applications.

  • Trains end users on the use of the system. Creates, updates and maintains training documentation as needed.

  • Implements and documents system change requests and updates and/or creates process documents as needed.

  • Supports IT staff in troubleshooting and resolving ongoing issues with the system.

  • Conducts periodic reviews and validation activities to ensure system designs meet end user needs and regulatory requirements and conform to company technology principles, architecture and strategies.

  • Contact Veracity Lead

  • PSO Support

  • Box Support Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
