GE Aerospace Change Management and User Experience Analyst in Remote, United Kingdom

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Change Management and User Experience Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and enhancing the overall user experience across our global organization. This position requires a deep understanding of change management principles and a keen eye for user-centered design, aiming to improve both internal processes and customer satisfaction. As you focus on the people side of change, you will be responsible for creating and implementing components of the overall change strategy and design and delivery of the plans.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Change Management – develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.

  • Identify and manage key stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and support.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting as necessary.

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.

  • Create user personas, journey maps and user flows to inform design decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the user-centered design principals are applied.

  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes, user research findings, and UX design artifacts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human-Computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrable experience in change management and user experience analysis.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and UX design principals.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) and UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) is a plus.

  • Experience gained within Human Resources

  • Proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide HR change management initiatives that has led to user adoption.

  • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, Miro, or similar

  • Detail orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Articulate, adaptable, with excellent inter-personal and cross-cultural skills.

  • Eye for detail, confidence to challenge and ask questions.

  • Can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability as well as interdependence.

  • Ability to work under broad or limited supervision.

  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; quick adaptability to systems, tools and processes.
