12-month contract with possible extension

Up to $72/hr W2, 100 hrs/month

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex system integrations on SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors environments within the public sector.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and define integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Ensure data accuracy and seamless data flow across financial, HR, and operational systems.

· Conduct comprehensive testing and continuous monitoring to validate integration reliability and performance.

· Proactively address and resolve integration issues.

· Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence within the public sector.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, or relevant field.

• Minimum of 7+ years as an SAP consultant or in a similar role, with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Proven experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI) for connecting SAP SuccessFactors.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients, including state, local, or K-12 organizations preferred.
