Mindcurv Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d) in Remote-first hybrid, Spain

Within Digital Platforms & Experiences we design and fully craft tailored solutions for our customers enabling them to get the most out of their business. We design and build a solid foundation in commerce, marketplace, responsive design, DXP and order management to name a few.
Your role
You’ll capture user requirements and translate them into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution and system requirements
Interacting with users and customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent that knowledge to the rest of the team
Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria is also part of your scope
Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer and the project manager
Helping our customers and teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity
Participating in deal shaping activities
Who you are
You worked in a similar role and business environment in an agile context
If you have already worked as a developer, functional analyst or already have technical experience this would be beneficial
You have a customer focused mindset
You bring a strong analytical attitude, an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to switch between English and Spanish
Able to effectively direct and mentor others
It's a plus if you have done consulting
Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is a bonus
Relevant application knowledge of commerce platforms like SAP Hybris, commerce tools or similar would complete your profile
