The Global Technical Staff Instructor Analyst provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for the services function, then designs and delivers training solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering technical enterprise imaging training to both customers in United States and Canada as well as employees globally.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work integrally with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate and deliver technical radiology training to internal service and support orgs, external partners, and customers. This will include select duties adapting content for target audiences, delivering specified content, and registering and tracking attendance.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

  • In-depth understanding of technical implementation, workflow, and departmental roles and uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to clinical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and across multiple timezones to deliver training in an efficient and effective manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent english.

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Services Learning Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with MSSQL, SYBASE, Windows Redhat Linux, Windows, 2019 & 2012. Knowledge of JConsole a plus.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and techniques.

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in GE Healthcare radiology product portfolio.

  • Ability to mentor and guide peers across functions.

  • Spanish
