The Opportunity:
CACI has a great opportunity for Program/Project Operations. The person who fills this role will be responsible for providing transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner. This position will work in a collaborative environment to provide support for a professional, fast-paced software development team.
Responsibilities:
Provides all aspects of administration and office management.
Provides direct administrative assistance to the Site Manager and Project Managers.
As Human Resource site representative and designated Onboarding Specialist, Offboarding Specialist and I9 Certifier, processes candidates from offer stage and coordinates with corporate regarding personnel issues, new employees, terminations, security clearances, and badge requests.
Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, salary, recruiting, and timekeeping issues.
As Facility representative, perform facility management for daily operational requirements and maintenance, including coordinating with the landlord to schedule repairs or improvements and inspections, alarm company POC, cleaning company and conference room scheduling.
Maintain Emergency Response Plan submit monthly rent and vacancy reports as well as Shared Budget.
Provides property administration of corporate assets including annual inventories, completing appropriate forms for shipping systems or components, and destroying or disposing of obsolete equipment and software.
Completes and submits expense reports, travel authorizations, purchases office supplies and equipment, purchase requisitions for submission to corporate purchasing.
As Travel coordinator, manage travel estimates, travel authorizations, and assist with expense reports within timeframes provided in PWS.
As office purchaser, purchase supplies for office, off site events, and equipment, then complete and submit purchase requisitions to corporate purchasing.
As subcontract representative,
Maintain vendor contract by working with corporate program subcontractor representative as subcontractor personnel are onboarded and offboarded.
Generate, reconcile, and review all subcontract purchase requests and invoices for funding to facilitate payment of vendor invoices.
Track funding levels on Purchase Orders in corporate system and resolve payment issues between vendors and Accounts Payable.
Support electronic timekeeping, and complete reclass requests for timecard corrections, travel accounting corrections, and corrections in corporate system.
Generate and track all POs for contract GFE hardware, software purchases and support renewals.
AED and CPR certified, on site coordinator for AED monthly inspections and training scheduling for re-certifications.
As Quality Assurance manager, implement the Quality Assurance Plan working with designated contributors to ensure all deliverables are completed, reviewed to be of high quality, and delivered on time.
Ensure all contract supporting documents are properly stored in designated repositories to for safekeeping and ease of locating.
As Government Access representative, work with team and government to ensure all team members who require access to government systems complete the proper paperwork, complete the required courses, and manage access and certifications.
As technical writer, work with teams members to ensure both formal and informal deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to learn corporate tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of customer service.
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and executives
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Adaptability and flexibility

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
