Family Resource Home Care Executive Assistant in Remote, Alabama

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Family Resource Home Care executives by conducting research, preparing reports, arranging travel and meetings, as well as performing clerical functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using relevant computer software.

  2. Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

  3. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

  4. Assists in coordination of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all-staff meetings.

  5. Records, types and distributes meeting minutes.

  6. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.

  7. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the President and CEO, with Board members, staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's initiatives.

  8. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

  9. Reconcile and record receipts for company expenses for the CEO and others when required.

  10. Support other projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor.

  11. Any other duties as assigned. Position may also be modified to accommodate the specific needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Five + years of administrative support experience

· Technical proficiency

· Must have good communication, organization, and professionalism skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Associates or bachelor's degree

· Previous experience supporting an executive

Working Conditions

The Executive Assistant will spend 95% of their time in an office environment indoors. This will require time both spent at a computer station for office work and standing for training. The rest of the time may be spent at venues for events or meetings.

The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Pacific time, however this role will require some evening and weekends to meet job requirements.

This position will require travel as appropriate, approximately 10% of the time.

This position will have moderate supervision.

This position will not have any direct supervision responsibility.
