Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to manage various office tasks and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, payroll processing, and using QuickBooks, along with strong administrative support skills.
Responsibilities
Enter time in the payroll system.
Process temporary worker time cards.
Enter data into QuickBooks and Access databases.
Assist with new hire and temporary worker onboarding processes.
Prepare assigned reports.
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Lead or other members of management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding and data entry
Experience with data entry into QuickBooks preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must meet company standards for drug screening, background , and driving record
Work Environment
The work environment is typically that of a temperature-controlled office. Infrequent trips to the shop floor will expose the Administrative Assistant to a non-temperature-controlled environment and exposure to loud machinery. The position typically involves working a 10-hour shift Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may be required during busy periods, and hours may be reduced during periods of reduced workload or demand.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
