JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Mechanic - MAINT005362 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We have two full-time, benefited opportunities available to join our maintenance team at our Reedsburg locationone for the 1st shift and another for the 2nd shift. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and the wage will be based on relevant background. These positions require strong technical and mechanical repair skills. Responsibilities include general maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining parts inventory. 1st shift and 2nd shift opening (+ 2nd shift premiums \$1.00/hr.) Position Summary: * Identify and provide preventive maintenance and repairs on all Lands\' End Equipment. * Ability to read blueprints and schematics. * Respond to work orders to analyze and repair conveyors, product sortation equipment, and general building maintenance. * Complete work orders with accurate information, including time and materials used. * Maintain parts inventory and monitor the usage of parts used for assigned systems of responsibility. * Work Overtime and Weekends when needed. * Safety - Learns and complies with all company safety rules; always uses appropriate safety equipment; Immediately reports all unsafe conditions to supervisors.
