Description
The Training Analyst serves as the Army Materiel Command (AMC), Training Analyst, Administrator and functions as a key staff assistant with responsibility relating to AMC-wide integration of training, leader development, and individual training issues and initiatives.
• When required, represents and speaks for the Branch Supervisor in presenting, explaining, defining and negotiating AMC solutions to training development and training guidance.
• The incumbent provides systematic management, oversight, coordination and integration of training requirements across AMC and subordinate commands in the development of training programs, plans and exercises to meet AMC assigned missions.
• Exercises and maintains a working knowledge of training research and analysis techniques, and resource management.
• Incumbent applies a working knowledge of Army and Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC), training and training development programs, policies, and philosophy in the performance of duties.
Adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.

Education/Skills:
BS/BA degree with 8 years of experience or a GED/HS with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to write, edit, and proofread a variety of presentations, position papers, and memoranda.
• Adaptable to various work styles, environments, and locations.
• Must be self-directed, detail oriented, and resourceful in completing assigned tasks and projects within established time frames.
• Proficient with MS Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Position requires that the applicant possess and maintain a current DoD Secret or above Security Clearance. (Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.)
