Description

Job Description:

As a Technical Writer, you will be contributing your unique skills set to our dynamic technical documentation team. The role is diverse and creative, involving creating user and administrator content which includes how-tos, conceptual articles, and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review requests for new content from partners daily.

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to initiate the content creation process.

  • Analyze data on the performance of existing content and updating outdated content as necessary.

  • Validate any created documentation using available tools.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years experience in a technical writing role, with a focus on creating documentation for a technical audience.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with GitHub and Markdown preferred.
