Job Description: Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Lead and oversee the delivery of critical environment and security infrastructure projects within our existing and new construction datacenter portfolio. Primary focus will be on enhancing security and critical environments globally. End-to-End project delivery through planning; plan, procure, install, configure, test, and ensure successful acceptance projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, build, and infrastructure, to drive project execution. Collaborates with cross-functional teams responsible for datacenter design and delivery, network engineering, and architecture. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location within mainland U.S. Requires domestic and international up to 25%.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing Engineering; Environmental Engineering; Sustainability or related.
  • Experience: Six (6) months of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Specific Skills Requirements: Requires 6 months of experience in each of the following: Technical Communication; Technical Domain Knowledge and Skills; Project Management; Technical Specification; Program Management; Risk Management; and Quality Assurance.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code: TSCBA18190), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $128,800 to $158,800.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
