As a Senior Program Manager within our Strategic Program Managment org. on our Cloud Innovation Program Management ( CIPM ) team, you will be responsible for working directly with numerous internal and external teams across the CO+I organization, including Microsoft Engineering Groups, global capacity and deployment planning teams, real estate and datacenter industry experts, engineering, operations, security, risk design and execution pillars. You will serve a critical role to harness disparate work streams across the key stakeholders and develop mature and repeatable processes.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain project/program related processes, procedures, reports, training, and improvement plans.
Collaborate across groups within CO+I and across the company to deliver results.
Oversee multiple projects and/or programs working across multiple internal and external teams to ensure they are successfully delivered in accordance with established requirements, timelines and within budget.
Document and improve work processes to make workflow more efficient and productive.
Acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize managed programs via meetings, presentations, and other forums.
Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
PMP Certification OR Lean Six Sigma
Experience in an Agile environment
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
