The Xbox Game Studios Publishing team responsible for the recently released Microsoft Flight Simulator , Ori _ and the Will of the Wisps_ , and Tell Me Why is seeking an experienced Senior Producer. This is a great opportunity to join a creative and motivated team of people driving world-class game development that sets the standard for entertainment across a growing family of devices including Xbox and Windows 10.
We are looking for a Senior Producer with diverse experience and a fresh perspective to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Executive Producer to drive effective teamwork with both internal and external teams. Engaging with a wide range of disciplines and subject matter experts, you'll play a key role in influencing feature development, product publishing, and important cross-team partnerships. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish well-defined schedules, goals, and key milestones.
Track and drive the quality and timely execution of deliverables ensuring feedback from our discipline experts is heard, categorized, and prioritized.
Proactively anticipate potential risks and collaborate on developing mitigation plans to address them before they escalate.
Collaborate with Executive Producer on high-level production process, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Coordinate the review and feedback process for milestone submissions, promoting an efficient and inclusive feedback exchange.
Schedule and attend meetings; facilitate build reviews and ensure action items are captured and communicated to key stakeholders.
Develop and nurture a strong relationship with development studios, establishing a reliable and timely flow of information and materials among all parties involved.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
OR equivalent experience.
Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.
3+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in both development and publishing.
Experience working with external partners
Highly organized, with a proven track record of effectively managing projects and coordinating the efforts of multiple teams.
Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve complex problems, achieving impactful results.
Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving progress towards goals and ensuring successful outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with stakeholders and leadership at varying levels.
Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
