Contribute to workforce planning and the alignment of staffing strategies by utilizing sophisticated resource management systems. Understand business needs to process requests, propose and fulfill assignments, optimize staffing, handle escalations, and resolve staffing issues. Align resources with projects to create the opportunity to achieve and exceed utilization. Guide the rhythm of the business and provide capacity recommendations. Identify practices, solutions, and evaluate processes to deploy and implement changes with Resource, Insights, Capacity, and Capability (RICC). Support current and long-term resourcing requirements by maintaining Global Resource Management (GRM) data quality. Serves as a point of contact for the recruitment, screening, and placement of individuals within the supported area/time zone. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas to ensure the successful resourcing of human capital. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location within mainland U.S.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in a resource or delivery management role for an enterprise scale business.
  • SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires two years of experience with stakeholder management, project management, and program management; one year of experience with business process improvement and PowerBI; and education or experience with data analysis and business analysis.

     

*Pay Range and Benefits Information: * The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSBRK18223), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the mainland U.S.), is $134,644 to $164,644.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
