ManpowerGroup Program Manager Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The purpose of this team- previously ran only one training called the Advanced Training Center. They have now expanded their readiness initiatives to all delivery partners, aiming to have continuous learning rhythm sessions and extend additional training to new delivery partners. The scope of work is similar to the advanced training, but the amount of training required has increased, necessitating additional headcount.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote / Hybrid: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr

The role will consist of:

-Communicating with community leads to understand their training needs.

-Connecting with Product Group (PG) people to gather training content and setting expectations.

-Working with the Learning and Development team to formalize content for publication in Cloud Academy.

-Coordinating training sessions to ensure they proceed as expected and meeting the needs of trainers and trainees.

-Owning the end-to-end management of specific training projects

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Strong project management experience.

  2. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Excellent communication skills.

  3. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Proficiency in preparing presentations and decks.
